Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing methods are quantitative methods of market research in which the computer assists surveyors conduct the surveys. For every CATI research, a system is programmed that contains the structured survey and telephone number database. Based on the program system, during the phone call, the computer determines the questions based on the surveys answers. The program system also randomly selects phone numbers, arranges interview times that best suit the interviewee, and analyzes the gathered data.
